| In the early 1990's up to year 2000, LBC started
to service OFWs in Taiwan and its locals via its tie-up with
East Pacific Remittance Express and LBC Aircargo (S) Pte Ltd. Trademark
Services are money remittance, cargo forwarding and courier.
Come 2001, LBC Singapore marked a new era. LBC International Inc.,
based in Manila, took over ownership of the cargo company and established
a new remittance company, LBC REMITTANCE EXPRESS. This new company
championed efficiency in providing excellent customer service through
its computerized acceptance system, new and strong alliances and
gave provisions for new services in short, LBC "one-stop shop".
As such, lifting the bar of service excellence higher for the OFWs
and giving them able and customer-friendly associates whose primary
concern is to provide clients the best option with the least cost.
In May 12, 2002 moved to its new home at #04-77 Lucky Plaza, acquired
a new vehicle and established a proactive customer service team.
LBC Singapore remains dynamic as it pursues its continuing effort
in providing excellent service by coming out with more services
that caters to the changing needs of the customers.
